Refunds
Link in your hands within 12 hours, or your money back. This page explains exactly what that means, what triggers it, and what you have to do. (Nothing.)

Your friend link is in your hands within 12 hours of payment, or you are refunded in full — automatically, without asking, and without any action from you.
One thing, stated plainly: if 12 hours pass from the moment your payment succeeds and you do not have a friend link, your order is refunded in full.
The 12 hours start at payment, not at checkout, and not when you first opened the page. Your order page shows the exact deadline as a live countdown.
There is no minimum, no partial refund, and no restocking fee. The full amount you paid goes back.
Nothing.
This is worth being precise about, because most "guarantees" on the internet mean "email us and argue". Ours doesn't.
A scheduled job runs every 15 minutes. It looks for orders past their deadline without a link, refunds them through the payment provider, marks them refunded, and emails you to say so. No human has to notice, remember, or approve anything — which is precisely the point. A guarantee that depends on someone checking a dashboard is not a guarantee.
You do not need to contact support, open a dispute, or fill in a form. If you do email us, you'll just get a reply confirming what already happened.
We issue the refund within 15 minutes of the deadline passing. After that it is in your bank's hands.
The refund goes back to whatever you paid with. We cannot send it anywhere else.
If it hasn't appeared after 10 business days, email support@procrlink.com and we'll chase it with the payment provider — the refund reference is on our side, so you don't need to find anything.
These are handled by a person rather than automatically:
These are not covered:
Your order page stops showing a countdown and explains the refund instead — you will never be left staring at a dead timer wondering what happened. The friend link, if one had been assigned, is revoked and is never re-sold to anyone else.
Your slot goes back on sale, so if you still want one you can buy again straight away — the pro who was too slow yesterday is often available today.
A revealed friend link works for whoever taps it first. That is why a link can be shown 5 times and the reveal window closes after 72 hours — not to make your life harder, but because an order page left open on a shared screen is a genuine way to lose a slot you paid for.
Hitting either limit costs you nothing. The order page will email a fresh window to the address that placed the order.
